Has anyone else been having issues with Ship Station since they went to Version 3? We have been noticing orders not importing into Shipstation even after several days. I have had Avecom look at this on our site and everything seems to be fine on our end. The orders I am missing are in our XML file export. Ship Station is claiming they are not. We have sent the files to them to look at. Was just wondering if anyone else is having issues with them?

We haven't received any support tickets from customers have issues with ShipStation.

I think the issue is with ShipStation. They are not admitting it at the moment.

Was just hoping I was not the only one with issues and someone might have some insight
