We've received our first order for a kit, but 99% of the pertinent information is missing when looking at the order on the back end. We have to edit the order, then edit the kit before we can actually see any selected options or text input into fields by the customer. We're also getting a near-blank print out when we print a hard copy of the order, where it is only showing the name of the kit and nothing else (no components, etc). There doesn't appear to be any template inserts for kits when looking at the print templates section in the content menu.

Where is the breakdown happening for both of these issues?

Can you post screenshots of the admin and a link to your product page?

It sounds like you need to add the [[LineItem.KitDetail]] replacement tag to your template(s).

We were able to locate and add the [[LineItem.KitDetail]] replacement tag. It's an accurate reflection of what we're seeing in the admin view for the order, which is still an issue since it does not actually show chosen options or texts entered into fields. I can provide a screenshot of this as well if need be.

This appears to be custom functionality. You will need to discuss this with your developer.
