We send PDF files via email to all of our customers that have opted for custom embroidery. We often get filtered to their junk/spam folders for various reasons, but the one that seems most consistent is due to the attachment. It would be great if we could upload the PDF files to their orders and then have an email sent notifying them to log in and review the document.

That's a very specific order production requirement. I don't see that making its way into BV Commerce due to the limited benefit it will have to our merchants. It does, however, sound like a perfect piece of functionality to have custom developed, especially since you can then tailor it to your business process. |
