Hi,

I have a product that has multiple SKU's, we no longer sell one of these and would like to delist it from the pulldown.

I have tried to untick the 'enabled' option on the Inventory page but this leaves the product on the page and has a funny affect, it forgets about the fact that there isn't any stock (I think that's broken) and lets you order it again.

'Remove from Store' doesn't do anything either.

It sounds like you have a product with variants. If you're running a current version of BVC you can disable the variant by going to the Customer Options tab on the product, clicking the Update button, unchecking the variant that is no longer available, and then clicking Save. If the product only has on set of choices, you will no longer see that option display on the frontend. If there are multiple sets of choices you will continue to see it; however, when you select that variation on the product page, you will not be able to add it to the cart.

This checkbox enables or disables inventory tracking. If you disable inventory tracking then the product will always be considered in stock.

Thanks Aaron,

We are running 2018 SP1 but I'm unable to find Customer Options.

I do have:
Edit Product Variations -> Null Item?
(this just makes the item invalid but still included in the pulldown list)

Once you press Save and Save again I get a list of the options that I can untick.

/BVAdmin/Catalog/ProductChoices.aspx

But again, if I deselect the item it has no affect.
