We've had a couple orders come in from customers shipping to Puerto Rico. Both orders are missing any shipping options besides UPS 2nd Day Air (no USPS Priority, no UPS Ground). When looking on the USPS website for rates with their address, the addresses are valid and have options displayed. Not sure where the breakdown on the delivery of this information is happening, but wanted to bring attention to it.

The problem is that UPS treats Puerto Rico as a country whereas USPS treats it as a state/province/territory. So, depending how you enter your address you will get different rates to display. As for why the only UPS method you're seeing is Second Day I couldn't say. You can test this on our demo store and see Ground, Second Day, and Next Day display rates.
