Why does System Startup and Shutdown happens in the middle of the day for no apparent reason? This in turn kicks people out of their orders. Please advise. Thanks! That can happen for a number of reasons. Usually, though, it happens because 1) the app pool recycles (which is a normal server health event that happens every X hours as configured on the server) or 2) files were updated that cause the application to restart.
