Where is this information stored and retrieved? The data is stored in the "Custom Question Answers" field for the customer and is delimited (since there can be any number of name/value pairs). Out-of-the-box this data isn't used for anything, but a developer could leverage it. Thinking about it now...this data should probably be stored in the Custom Properties field that was added in BVC 2013. That way the data is structured and more easily accessible programmatically. |
