Is there a way to simply print the shipping address on a regular sheet of paper or an envelope? I know you can print labels if you integrate with FedEx, but since they do not integrate with Mac OS they are having issues with the machine. Until they get that resolved they just want to print the shipping label.

You would think this would be a standard option, but I cannot find it.

You should be able to use a Print Template for this. In the admin go to Content >> Print Templates. Click the New button to create a new Print Template. Give your template a name by entering it in the Template Name text box. Now, in the Body text box enter the replacement tag [[Order.BillingAddress]] or [[Order.ShippingAddress]] depending on which you want to print. Now use HTML to layout your template. For this scenario you can ignore the Repeating Section text box since you will not be printing the line items of the order.

To test your template go to Order Manager and view an order. Click the Print button. Select your newly-created template from the dropdown and click the Go button. Click the Print button to print the page.

A quick follow up to this. We setup the shipping template. But when we try to print to a label printer it thinks that the labels are a full 8.5/11 sheet of paper so it wants to print 6 labels for each address. Do you have a work around for this?

Thanks!

This sounds like a print driver issue. I assume that you've played around with all of the browser print settings and tried different browsers, right?

So we ended up with just setting the label printer to only print one page. Problem solved. The Printer did come with a .Net library to use for the printers API. But this is much faster :-) Thanks Aaron!
