I would just like to add that both websites are being hosted in the same Windows Server that is hosted by a Professional Hosting Company (i.e. One windows Registry)

Please advise

Nolan,

I sent an email. But for the curious...Shipper Service reads the database connection string from web.config, then reads the WebSiteUrl from the WebAppSettings table in the database. Using the WebSiteUrl, Shipper Service constructs the full URL to WebService3.asmx (part of BVC5), then calls WebService3.asmx to retrieve the order information.

So either the database connection string is pointing the wrong database, or the database has the wrong WebSiteUrl.

Andy:
Again, I do want to thank you for the reply. We knew it was something simple but since we do not know the workflow of the Shipper and its components, it was pretty much a time consuming process of elimination. As it turned out, our ISP made an error in changing the value of the SiteSecure and SiteStandard in the BV5 WebAppSetting. Instead of the change being made on test database, the change was made on the production database.

I just want to point out that we have been using Shipper going back to BV 2004. We are really furtunate that Andy wrote this little Gem of a software. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
