How should I setup my SSL? How to you set it up? Today I received this from my ISP after I requested the SSL certificate:

It's really up to you to decide. I would use something similar to what your competitors are doing (making your site different in this way would just lead to confusion). The sites that I visit most often match there normal site naming. That is, if the "home" link is http://www.site.com, then the SSL name is https://www.site.com. Once you decide your SSL certificate vendor will make up the certificate to match that naming exactly. If for example you choose https://www.site.com and your customers type in (or you accidently embed a link to) https://site.com (without the www) they will see a message that the name on the certificate does not match the URL.
