Here is what I did. Not sure if it is the best way, but it compiles and changes to the core do show up in the local site.

<OL>
<LI>Create a directory structure like the first picture below. It can be in any folder you choose, but not under a IIS path. You don't need IIS in VS2005.
<LI>Create a solution in the BVC5 folder.
<LI>Add each of the projects to the solution. The components folder hold the misc dll's. Just "Add Existing Project" for the first 5 and "Add Existing Web Project" for the www part. It should look like the second picture below.
<LI>I used the site manager to create a local IIS site so a database can be populated.
<LI>Modify the web.config to point to that database from the solution (www project).
<LI>Replace the references in the www/bin folder to point to the other projects.
* Build the solution and see if you get any errors.
