I downloaded the latest connector. We are trying out Quickbooks Enterprise 9. I tried the connector, it acted like it exported everything from the website, I had "all orders" chosen. When I looked in Quickbooks, all of the customers are there now, but none of the orders. Any ideas? Has anyone else had this problem?

If you go to the "about" screen there is a link to the last export log file. This will usually tell you why something failed.

The most common causes would be that you don't have your settings mapped to the correct accounts in QuickBooks. For example, your product income account is called "Sales" while the connector is attempting to use "Item Sales" or something similar.

I have the same problem. what are the steps to go back to "mapping" to quickbooks? i recall doing this on install but can't get back to this screen now.
