Forgive me if there is a simple solution to this, but I cannot figure out if there is a way to charge extra for COD orders.

I believe there is because when viewing the orders under the payment information tab, it shows a $0.00 charge for COD. (See below)

Payment Information:
COD-$0.00
Authorized: $0.00
Charged: $0.00
Refunded: $0.00
Amount Due: $3.00



Any information regarding this issue would be much appreciated.
