Can I add additional Order Status types to the existing list (In Process, On Hold, etc.)? If so, can you tell me where in admin I can do this? Thank you

Yes, you can do this via the admin. You go the Setings tab and click Orders. On this page there is a text link that says "Click Here to Edit Order Status Codes". The actual page is: /BVAdmin/Configuration/OrderStatusCodes.aspx |
