Issue: Checkout through pay-pal option

Hello Team, We are using BVC 2013 and we have set up "Paypal" option for payment at admin end. We have place the order and checkout using paypal option. We have received the error while checkout through paypal option like "security header is not valid". We have checked Audit log and find error as per screenshot. Please find attached screenshots of Audit log (CheckOut_Audit.png/CheckOut_Audit1.png/CheckOut_Audit2.png) for the reference. Could you please help us to resolved this issue? Thank You. PayPal is not guaranteed to work with versions of BV Commerce prior to 2017. However, the error that you're receiving is typically a result of using invalid credentials. |
