Search capabilities within the Admin section could be expanded
Customer Search - ability to search by partial email address
Order Manager - hyperlink from Customer Name to Customer profile
Order Details - hyperlink from Customer Name to Customer profile

Great idea, client happened to mention this when I was showing them how to complete a phone order. |
