BV5 Theme.
chosen for the 3 column layout.

? Advise on Best way to install Columns on all of the pages behind the Home page. Seeking a consistent layout.

Can you just copy the BVC5 Theme Files and CSS Styles, to replace the existing files of the pages to be designed ?
Using: Drag and drop with VS 2008 Express.

Basically looking to use the Home page as a template for all the other pages.

In most themes, this happens by default. Use the content blocks and see if this is what you're looking for. I think you'll find that you don't need to "build" as much as you might think. Coming from SF, I found that slightly adapting Painted Paper theme is getting me far further faster than trying to create from scratch.
