We have a client who requires a gift registry. Does anyone have one or have any experience with those that can be integrated?

They are not interested in a revenue sharing solution.

Dear LCasey,
I have uploaded what is currently done on our test server http://bvc5.software-development-innovations.com/Default.aspx. To see the gift registry in action do the following:
1. Go to product page
2. Click add to registry
3. Login with following credentials: username - test, password - password

4. Choose your registry from the list
5. Click Add to add product to registry

Please note its just what is done and not the final product. Now we are working on gift registry management but because of no financial support its done it spare time. Please let me know what do you think?

It fails on step 3.

For step 3 the problem is that the URL doesn't have a .aspx extension. If you add that it will work.
