I just downloaded the patch (Release Files) for this fix, but it looks like it's missing something. The instructions say Originally Posted by: "Marcus" 
1) Copy the 3 files from the "To Bin Folder" folder to the /bin folder of your web site
2) Copy the 2 files from the "To BVModules-Shipping-Fedex Folder" folder to /BVModules/Shipping/Fedex folder of your web site
There are no folders in the zip file, only 3 files that look like they should be copied to the bin. Are the 2 files missing or no longer necessary?

Joel, Those files were included in the 5.8 release, so if you are already running that you're good to go. If you're not, Marcus was kind enough to release the updated files for users not running 5.8.
