I recently changed an item that was a direct ship item and created a new product to replace that item, making the first inactive and removing the product choices. There were two orders that came in using the old product that were shipped by the vendor and I have them marked as shipped with tracking numbers, yet the order itself remains "Unshipped" and I can't change that status. Also strange is that each product line on those two orders has "Gift Wrap" added to the end of them -- I have never used Gift Wrap, the products are not marked as Gift Wrap -- just wondering how I can mark these as shipped -- other than opening the database and changing the marker.
