http://www.bvsoftware.com/bvcommerce5manual/How%20To's/VisualStudioSetup.aspx in the above url , i found the manual which contains a download for the develoepr pack, but which is missing in my order list. where can i get the developer pack download

The developer pack is no longer a separate download. As of BV Commerce 5.4 all versions include source code and there is a single installer that can optionally install the source code too.
