Hi, I cannot get the Connector for Quickbooks 3.13 to connect to my version of Quickbooks (Pro 2006/07).

Please find screen shot attached.

Any ideas anyone?

PS. I am in Australia & the version of Quickbooks I use is adapted for the Australian market.

Ah, I missed the part about Australian QuickBooks. As far as I know the SDK we're using only supports US, UK and Canada.

Marcus, Rick,

Up until about 1 month ago, the Australian QB versions used Intuit's SDK 3.0 (yes quite old, and the backend db was the old version as well)

The latest release "QBi" is now inline with the US at least as far as the DB is concerned and the SDK version is updated but not to the current US release.

Ref: http://www.quicken.com.au/Partners/SoftwareDP/SDP-FAQ.aspx#15

"...The 2008/09 version QuickBooks has a new SQL based database model in line with the current US database. The Australian SDK 6.1 will replace SDK 3.0."

Note that that DB is not MSFT SQL Server but an embedded version of Sybase iAnywhere, so no direct access through common methods.

Cheers

John
