The latest update for QuickBooks 2005 may break compatibility with the OrderExport tool. We are investigating the problem and hope to have a resolution shortly.

What are the symptons? One of my clients just purchased this application, and it appears to work except that it never finds any orders. The site is running 2004.7.

This was resolved by an update we made to the OrderExport tool last month.

I was afraid you'd say that. Any idea what would cause the program to not find any orders to download? I tried setting it to import only paid orders as well as all orders, but still it can't find any orders.

I just found a similar issue here as well. I have a client using Quick Books 2005, BVC 2004.5.1810.4265, and BVC Order Export v.2004.6.1917.24219 and they get the error: "No orders were found to export". Are there supposed to be any additional files installed on their website. I verfied WebServices2 is in there. Any help would be much appreciated.

My client is also running QuickBooks 2005 and the latest version of Order Export (2004.6.1917.24219).
