How do I provide our shipping department with an email on every order?

We have a one man shipping department. I would like for him to receive an email copy of every order we receive, so he can anticipate what needs to be shipped. How can I accomplish this? Thanks!

Use his email address for the "Email new orders to" email address (i.e. the Admin Receipt Email). If you want multiple people to receive this email, then setup a distribution list or forwarding address on your mail server. |

I think you can also use multiple email addresses separated by a semicolon. |

You can only do that if you edit the database directly (or disable the email address validator). |
