Hello,
I have a customer in Puerto Rico. The "Billing Addresses" and "Shipping Addresses" have a drop-down control for "states" that does not include territories like "Puerto Rico". How do I update this table and does this update cause problems in the future?
ANY thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Go to this page in the admin: /BVAdmin/Configuration/countries_edit.aspx?id=bf7389a2-9b21-4d33-b276-23c9c18ea0c0
If this link doesn't work, go to the green "Options" tab in the admin. Then click "Countries" in the left nav. Then click the "Edit" text link next to United States. That will display a list of states and territories in the right column. If Puerto Rico isn't there, you may add it by clicking the "New" button at the top of the table. The abbreviation for Puerto Rico is "PR". |
