How to Modify Shopping Cart Instructions Text Box

Was wondering how to modify the text box area under Shipping Address "Shipping Information Instructions" and also Promotional Code Instructions under Promotional Code. Also under the Review Your Order Page under Payment Method, we want to update the Review Instructions Text too. Thanks  Edited by user Monday, October 12, 2026 3:53:43 PM(UTC)
