I'm not sure how everyone else is using the Reports option but it's not useful for me. Even in the end of the year when I needed to know my yearly sales/net I go to Reports ---> Sales By Date ---> 'Last Year'/ 'Year To Date'/ 'Custom Date' and I still can't see my yearly total because it's includes all orders(canceled,non shipped, not payed...all orders )
It's would be very helpful to have an option in Reports to see the only Paid and Shipped orders.
Aaron, do you think you can still make that change in SP1?

We intentionally have not implemented it the way you describe because it has always worked that way. If we made that change the reporting data would instantly change for merchants, causing confusion. Perhaps it could be made a configurable option. We did, however, add the code to the report to only include paid orders but commented it out. If you look at the .vb file for the report you will see one line of code that you simply need to uncomment. |

Hi Aaron, thank you for your response.
I just don't understand the point of having the Report option if we can't see the actual sales/orders that we processed. For example in the end of the year, I need to know my yearly Sales total and I can't use that Report because it's giving me completely wrong numbers. Anyways, maybe for some people it's useful.
I was wondering if you can do me a favor and sent me the path to the file where I need to uncomment that line.
