We have offers that take a percentage off a group of products if you buy a qty of those products. In your cart, you will see your base price struck out and the new adjusted price is displayed when the offer matches the product. This is great for the customer because they can see the discount.

However, when we go to print off the order, we only see the adjusted price. Of course, we can add the lineitem.baseprice tag to the receipt, but then we show 2 prices for all orders. It doesn't have the code logic to know what to display and what to strike out.

That being said, we want to track when any offer is being used for internal purposes. I thought, maybe if I enter a coupon code in but do not make it required, maybe it would show up. It does not. Is there some way that an order can be flagged to let us internally know that a offer was used? The best spot for this (for us) would be on the admin receipt that we print off for each order. I know this is probably something that may need to be developed, but there might be something that I am missing.

I suppose you could style the base price to always have a strike-through, even if the adjusted price is the same as the base price. That's not ideal, but it's the only thing I can think of without resorting to customizations.

Without using a coupon code there is no way to know which offer(s) was applied on a given order. You would need to resort to a customization.

That's what I figured. Just wanted to make sure I covered all my bases and there wasn't something I missed. Thanks Aaron.
