Is there a manual for BV Connector for QuickBooks?

There was not one included with the download and the one on the store site under this product noted as user manual appears to be for the previous version.
I have now tried the connector (version 3.13) with QB Pro 2004, 2006 and 2008 and none of them work.
My previous version "BV Order Export" worked great...never a hiccup.
