Can anyone please help us? Our customer options for offering USPS have disappeared. They are available on our master list of shipping options, but are no longer offered to our customers. Is there a bug? This was working just fine until yesterday. Can anyone please help us?

We addressed this via your support ticket. For anyone else experiencing a similar problem, the issue appears to be that her server supports older, deprecated versions of SSL which is likely causing the USPS rate servers to block the connection. This is the same problem that occurred earlier this year with UPS rate servers (see blog post link below for details).

It should work following the new update. Otherwise, external USPS trackers can be used as well.
